1. Acceptance
By purchasing or downloading any product from konstantuprise.com you agree to these terms and to the licensing terms displayed on the specific product page you bought.
2. Digital goods & delivery
All products are instant digital downloads delivered via Shopify after payment is confirmed. It's your responsibility to download and back up files. If your download link breaks or files are corrupted, email kopressure@konstantuprise.com and we'll resend the same day.
3. License & clearance
Each pack ships with its own license. Some packs are royalty-free and some require clearance — read the terms on the product page before commercial release. Full details on the licensing page.
4. Refunds
Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. Broken links or corrupted files will always be fixed at no cost.
5. Prohibited use
You may not resell, redistribute, or re-license the raw samples, or use them to train AI models or generate derivative sound libraries.
6. Liability
Products are provided "as is." Konstant Uprise is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the products.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
