Flexible clearance. Fair splits. Fast turnaround.
Read each pack's terms
Licensing varies per pack — some are royalty-free, some require clearance. The terms are listed on every product page. Always check the description and license section of the specific pack you're buying before you commercially release a record using it.
Royalty-free packs
Packs marked royalty-free can be used in commercial releases without clearance or splits. You still cannot resell, redistribute, or re-license the raw samples as your own sound pack.
Clearance-required packs
Packs that require clearance need a written agreement before commercial release (streaming, sync, physical, label deals). To clear a sample, email kopressure@konstantuprise.com with:
- Track title and the sound(s) used
- Artist / project name
- Label (if any) and intended release date
- Distribution scope (independent, label, sync, etc.)
Response within 24–48 hours. Splits are flexible and scaled to the project — I work with everyone from bedroom producers to platinum artists.
Beats sold on BeatStars / Airbit
You can use clearance-required sounds in beats you lease — but the final artist on any commercial release still needs to clear with me. Pass that along to your buyers so there are no surprises down the line.
What you cannot do
- Resell, redistribute, or re-license the raw samples or kits.
- Include the samples in another sound pack, library, or preset bank.
- Use the sounds to train AI models or generate AI-derived sample libraries.
- Claim authorship of the raw sounds.
